Sunflower Festival

Welcome to The Neighbours Farm Sunflower Festival
We’re excited to open our fields and share this special experience with you. Please take a moment to read through the following Terms & Conditions that apply to all festival guests.

1. Event Dates & Tickets

Tickets are valid for one day only, either Saturday, 20 December 2025 or Sunday, 21 December 2025. Tickets cannot be used for both days, and no date changes can be made after purchase.Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket (digital or printed).Children under 12 years old enter free when accompanied by a paying adult.

2. Flower Availability & Picking

Sunflowers are a natural, seasonal crop, their bloom and availability depend on weather, maturity, and field conditions.The availability of flowers for picking is beyond our control as growers and may vary on the day of the event.Please note that Sunday, 21 December will likely have fewer sunflowers available, as many will be picked during Saturday’s event.Flower picking will take place only in designated areas and during specified times as directed by farm staff.Guests must handle plants carefully and follow all instructions from the farm team to ensure both personal safety and crop preservation.

3. Secateurs & Equipment

A limited number of secateurs will be available for rental on the day, subject to availability.Guests are welcome to bring their own clean, sharp gardening scissors if preferred.Please return all rented equipment to the designated collection point after use.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Weather

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that The Neighbours Farm cancels the festival.The festival will continue in most weather conditions, please dress appropriately for a working farm, including comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking on uneven ground, and prepare for the December heat (hats, sunscreen, and water are encouraged).In case of extreme weather or safety concerns, The Neighbours Farm reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event. Guests will be contacted regarding refund or rescheduling options if this occurs.

5. Safety & Conduct

Entry to the farm and participation in the festival are at your own risk.Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.Guests are asked to respect the environment, crops, animals, and other visitors.The Neighbours Farm reserves the right to remove anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.

6. Food, Beverage & Facilities

A selection of food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the day. No outside food, alcohol, or glass containers are permitted.Picnic areas will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Photography & Media

By entering the event, guests consent to photography and videography that may be used for promotional purposes by The Neighbours Farm.Personal photography is welcome, but drones are not permitted without prior written consent.

8. General

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or amended at any time.
