Our regenerative practices

Our goal is simple: to work with nature, not against it. This philosophy guides everything we do, from building healthy soil to raising happy animals. We believe you can taste the difference.

Happy hens and ducks

Our poultry are the stars of our farm. They roam freely, foraging for insects and weeds, which helps manage pests naturally. Their manure enriches our soil,
creating a nutrient-dense foundation for everything we grow.

Chemical-free crops

Our vegetables and herbs are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. We use companion planting and natural
compost to ensure our produce is as pure and healthy as nature intended.

Traceability & transparency

We want you to know exactly where your food comes from. We proudly trace every egg, vegetable, and jar of honey back to its source on our land.

During your stay, you’ll have access to the freshest ingredients imaginable. Depending on the season, you can expect:

Pasture raised Fresh eggs

Our chickens roam free on open pastures, foraging naturally. No antibiotics. No hormones.

Rainbow Trout

Raised in low-density
environments with flowing,
oxygen-rich water and a diet free from antibiotics. Firm in texture and mild in flavour perfect for grilling, smoking, or curing.

Organic rooibos

Hand-harvested and naturally dried, our rooibos is rich in antioxidants and full of earthy flavour. No additives, no flavourings, just pure, unprocessed leaves.

90% Dark chocolate

Made in small batches using ethically sourced cacao and natural ingredients.

C old Pressed Virgin Olive Oil

Regeneratively farmed, cold-extracted within 6 hours of harvest. Rich in antioxidants, bold in flavour, and unfiltered
for a natural finish.

Pasture Raised Rabbit Meat

Lean, high-protein meat from rabbits, raised on open pasture with a natural diet. No antibiotics. No hormones

Our seasonal produce is cultivated using regenerative
farming methods that restore soil health, improve biodiversity, and produce naturally nutrient-dense food.

Monofloral Raw Honey

Harvested from bees feeding exclusively on fynbos blossoms. Never heated. Never blended. Just pure honey as nature intended.
